John, came to my mom's home at the stated time. He repaired the crack,and let us know before he started what it would entail. John showed us the crack and informed us of every step that would be performed. I informed him of another crack and he said if it is not a major issue we could wait and still get the same price. Since the crack was repaired we have not had anymore water even with this heavy rain we have been getting.

I tried to have them come BACK out to fix the issue again because it is still leaky. I have had no response from them.

Went fine. Prior time this was done for other cracks by another company, material filled crack inside and outside. This service inside only. I don't know which is best. No problems with either.

The house is vintage 1930. Foundation / cellar walls consist of large granite and quot;bouldersand quot; and there were several spaces and areas between boulders that looked worn through and open. The contractor responded to my call promptly and we arranged for him to look at foundation / cellar walls and give an opinion of scope of job with a and quot;quoteand quot;. He arrived on the agreed upon date and time. he inspected foundation / cellar walls and explained the work process and material that he would use. I decided to contract with him to do the work and didn't get any other opinions/quotes. We established a date for the work. He arrived on the date and did the work during that day. I find no fault with the outcome of his work.

John is the kind of person you just don't think exists anymore. In addition to filling the cracks, he was obliging about our schedule and even offered advice on things we could do to divert water from the foundation. He worked tirelessly to get the job done, cleaned up after himself, and was very pleasant to deal with.

I have no problems.

Existing hydraulic cement was cleaned up and crack was filled with their material. Everything looks very clean and professional. I am very pleased with their professionalism. I am assured several times that if, in the rare occassion, that water still trickled in, take a digital picture or mark the spot -- and call them. They will come and patch that location under warranty. Based on what I've seen, I have full confident that if that happens, they will come to fix it for good. Not something I usually feel with other contractors. Great job. Great people.

Called and spoke to Johnny. Turns out that they didn't necessarily service my part of town but he said he would come anyway. He gave me an estimate on the phone. Showed up and did the work quickly and charged me the same amount as estimated. Great work! No problems w/ further leaks from the bulkhead and Johnny offered to fix any additional cracks at a discounted rate if they ever became problematic. Great service! Would definitely recommend...for the customer service alone. :)

Based on my description of the crack he gave an estimate over the phone, came out a few days later and sealed it up with epoxy and injected the crack with an expanding sealer.

I found two cracks in the basement wall when the severe storm hit in this area. The water leaked quite a lot through one of the cracks and made a puddle in the basement floor. The other one was pretty small making the wall wet, but I wanted to fix it as well. I got estimates from a couple of companies including The Crack Team, which gave the best price estimate with the longest warranty (for the life of the construction) than the others. I set up an appointment and the serviceman arrived on time. He showed that the crack was fixed by the previous owner with cement, but it was incomplete and just hid the crack. He explained to me what will be done to fix the cracks in detail. I also asked him to examine another spot where I had water stain, and he suggested not to fix because there's in fact no crack there, and no evidence of water leak there. I was quite happy about the unbiased feedback. I haven't had another storm yet, and I may update this review after the storm, but I feel completely prepared for the next big storm now.

The Crack Team was punctual and very professional. Their cost was significantly ($1,500) below other estimates. It was clear that they specialized in this task. Amazingly, they offer a lifetime warranty, but given the quality of their work I don't think it's necessary.
