They say, with contractors you can get: quality, reliability, and price, but you can only pick two. Well, Shawn Sullivan is all three.  its clear he puts his heart into his work, everything he did came out beautiful, start to finish. He was always on time and finished well within my schedule. He was also the most affordable of all contractors I interviewed.  Working with Shawn was an absolute pleasure. Renovating a house can be stressful and overwhelming, Shawn was always calm, kind and patient.  He is a relaxed and funny guy and took all the tension out of making big design decisions. Furthermore, he will tell you if he thinks there is a better way to do something.  I've dealt with many contractors that do exactly the job you ask them to do, despite that once the walls are open a much better way becomes evident. Shawn would often call me to suggest a better way.  He has a great intuition for the work and his suggestions were always the way to go. I will definitely work with Shawn again.
