SUCCESS REAL ESTATE

This review is more about Kris LaRue and less about Success Real Estate. We recently worked with Kris on buying our first home. We had so many questions during the whole process which Kris answered and guided us through every step of the way. Her knowledge, resources, assertiveness, and her friendly and thoughtful personality made us feel like we made a great choice in a realtor. She really went above and beyond what a realtor does to make us have a wonderful experience. I would use Kris again, and recommend her to every friend and person I meet looking to buy or sell a home. She's the BEST!!!!

Worst experience. The sellers realtor never got us anything we asked. We had to push back the closing date because he could not get paper work in that he would keep saying he had. He was always away on business and did not care about time sensitive materials that were needed. They made everyone else do more work because of there lack of motivation. When the time came at the end to finally sign papers the commission check for my realtor was not even made out correctly.

I thought the pictures that my Realtor took of my townhome for advertisement were poor. Also the write up for selling my unit was awful. I had to rewrite it myself. Within a week of rewriting the write up, I have an offer. We do have a home in mind that we are interested, but besides that one, my Realtor hasn't shown us anymore homes, even though we keep asking. He just doesn't seem to be very interested. To be continued ....

We were looking for a quick sale as we did not want to take a chance on spending yet another winter in Boston! Carol took charge and let us stay in the background as she took care of everything. A nice stress free experience with better than expected results.

I actually read "House Selling for Dummies" because I was inexperienced and wanted things to go well. The book advised interviewing at least three realtors and asking specific questions about their sales volume, their experience both as seller's and buyer's agent, fee, etc. I interviewed six. The one that actually sat down with me and talked about his strategy and asked me questions and took the time to find out what I needed was Calvin La. He was the most professional of all of them. It was easy to make a decision once he had met with me. A few days before the sale, Calvin actually canvassed my neighborhood and went to 60 homes to tell my neighbors that the house was being sold. He did a fine job of listing the house, and really brought out its best points. He gave me advice about staging, colors, and things to fix. He conducted two open houses and within two weeks, we had a solid offer. He negotiated with the seller and brought the amount up to what was acceptable to me. He was very good at setting my expectations by showing me comparable properties and pricing the house realistically to sell. And it did.

Stacey was phenominal. She was amazing, she really listened to what you wanted. She was very personable and professional. She showed us about 20 homes and was very honest about the homes that we viewed and if it would meet our needs.
