+ -1 moreIt is a good thing this is a vacuum business because they really suck! Nice people and honest effort but total incompetence at getting the job done. I took my vacuum in when it stopped working effectively. Mistake 1 - they called me and told me I could pick it up and when I went to get it, nothing had been done. We found this out while I was at the register being rung up and I opened the dustbin on the vacuum to see it was still full. I had to go back again. Mistake 2 - they didn't do one of the repairs I had asked for and missed cleaning out one of the filters. They took $10 off the price of the repair/ cleaning. Mistake 3 - they failed to return the telescoping attachment and detail attachment with the vacuum and unfortunately I left before noticing they were gone. I picked the vacuum up Friday afternoon and called Monday morning, Mistake 4 - they lost the 2 attachments. I went back there again and they didn't have them. I have to find and buy new ones. They were apologetic but didn't make any effort to fix the problem they caused.
