Silvana's House Cleaning

I hired Silvana's to do a move-in cleaning and was severely disappointed. She and her staff of of two showed up on time, and she called to let me know her ETA, good communication.
The unit was empty, but the last people didn't do a very thorough job in the kitchen and the window sills needed a good cleaning (just the sills, on the inside), but otherwise, it wasn't too bad.
I had planned to let them clean while I run errands - but before I did so, Silvana explained that she charges an extra $20 for the oven and $20 for the fridge -- she was very clear about it, but it was brought on by the fact that another customer was unhappy - so she proceeded to tell me (for about 10 mins) all the things that she does not do... okay.... I mean, yes, I want to know, but how about telling me what you DO clean... but ok, I listened and was on my way.
Two hours later I came back and it seemed clean enough...
I move in the next day and I start to put things away and there is still a layer of dust on the cabinets and there is still grease on the fan area above the stove.
To top it off, I tipped each of them so the cleaning was close to $200 in addition to the extra $40 for the over and fridge.
Despite their cleaning, I STILL had to wipe down all the doors to the cabinets, clean the window sills and the most simple thing -- there was still soap debris around the bath tub that I could take off with my nails!
Last of all, I asked what their price would be to come in bi-weekly and it was $85 each cleaning! To clean a 850 sq. ft. unit?? Are you serious?? That's ludicrous!!
I cannot in good conscious recommend her given the quality and price.

It went very well. I left cash for my landlord to pay her. $20 tip per person brought as my landlord reported that they did in fact earn it and do a great job.

She was on-time, easy to work with, cordial, efficient, and responsive. I would have no qualms about using her again.

There were four girls who performed the work. They were wonderful and did a great job cleaning. I had to stop using their service since my daughter in law has cancer. I was very happy with them and I plan on using them again in time. They were on time and came in and got right to work. They did not communicate or talk too much except for one lady who did but they were still good. There was however a few things that they did not do in the bathroom which I had to do myself.

She clean all the house. Bathrooms, carpets, kitchen, stairs. Take out the garbage, and make prettyl flowers with the paper toilet.
