We bought a car and traded in our Toyota. The salesman, Max, was extremely professional and a great resource- he clearly knew a lot about cars! Unfortunately, beyond Max, things started to fall apart. First, our paperwork was filled out incorrectly, so we needed to redo it that night. Then, the "girls upstairs" locked our credit card in their office before going home for the night. We had to return the next day to pick up our card. Also, when we went to pick up our card, they asked us to fill out our paperwork AGAIN since it was still incorrect (they forgot a number in our address). The third day from the start of the sale, we received a phone call that the paperwork was done wrong and we needed to come in a third time. We went back AGAIN and filled out ANOTHER set of paperwork. How annoying. When our first mailing came from TD bank regarding our car loan, they had misspelled our last name still. Very incompetent with these details and paperwork in general, even after explaining how much of a "stickler for paperwork accuracy Mr Quirk is".Additionally, there were two small parts that needed to be replaced on the car, as noted at the sale. One was an outlet cover in the back and the other was a seat adjustment button. We brought the car back when we were called that the parts were in. After being quoted 2 hours, I finally called 4 hours later and was told that the car was going to be done soon, but one of the parts wasn't in. I then waited another week for the part to come in that they already said was in. I called to see where it was after the week, and they said "Oh yah, that's here". Mkay. I made the appointment, left my car there for another 4+ hrs, only to get a phone call that they had ordered the wrong part. Now, I'm bringing my car back a THIRD time for a part that was supposedly there twice already. Why it took 8 hours to figure out what part to get is beyond me. The last time I brought it in, it was there for another bunch of hours, but the part was actually there so that was great.The one thing they were great about was owning the mistakes. We only had to minimally fuss at them to get them to give us an extra key for the paperwork trouble (what car only comes with one key anyway?!) and then the service department agreed to a free servicing (it was due in 2,000 miles from when we bought the car anyhow) but they didn't change the oil since they said they changed it when we bought it. Overall, I was impressed that they admitted to the mistakes. The fact that these issues happened in the first place, MULTIPLE times I consider unacceptable. I would return just because they were better than any other dealership I have been to about admitting they messed up.
