Which is great because my wife is ever the skeptic. Paul is always looking out for his customer. We recently decided to refinance our 30 year mortgage to take advantage of the low rates. Paul acknowledged that we would save almost $100/month. He asked us to consider a 25 year mortgage that would require us to actually pay $59.55 more than we were paying at the time. He ran the figures pointing out that over the life of the loan not only would we pay it off 5 years earlier, but we would save 90,000 in interest. We went with his recommendation. We have never been disappointed with his advice. Their attorneys will close the loan at your home at your convenience. No taking time off from work. What more could one ask for! You'll never get lied to, steered into something you won't like, or treated like a number by anyone in his office. I've sent people to him who share with me the same experience.
