+ 0 moreWhen they came, they thought they were going to have somebody else do it that knew what they were doing and then that person was not available and so they were kind of guessing. They did what they could but they weren't sure either.
Description of Work: National Grid does our heating and a/c. We had them come out and replace our entire air conditioning system over the summer. We also had a tune-up of our heating system in the winter. They also had to replace some sort of plumbing stuff.
