After paying $6000 for a new furnace it has been a disaster. We have had to call to have the new furnace fixed 3 times in the first 6 months of ownership. The third time the furnace is raining down into our dining room. The installation is garbage. They are absolutely not open 24 hours. I called the "emergency" number and you get no answer / a recording.

Jack did a great job getting to the bottom of the problem and keeping me informed along the way. He is honest and easy to work with and get scheduled with. I believe he saved me a lot of time and money compared with what the other guys were recommending.

Installation fine. Haven't had to use A/C yet so incomplete unit gets hot and need to use system.

Our furance stopped working and could not get it restarted. We found Kelpak on Angies list called they came out the same day, identifed the problem, fixed the furance and gave us some additional advice. We will use Kelpak for anything we need done in the future for HVAC. Showed up when they said performed services quickly and fixed the problem at a very fair price.

He arrived when he said he would and was friendly, professional, neat, I would highly recommend his services!

We purchased our furnace on our own, but Jack Keller called the distributor to make sure that the unit we ordered was correct. The installation went smoothly, and they even swept up the basement before leaving. Jack is always responsive, and easily reachable by phone. For example, prior to the installation of our new unit, I called Kelpak to report a strange smell coming out of our ducts, and Jack was at our house in 20 minutes.

Mr. Keller thoroughly explained and informed the home-owner's mother about the 2 heating systems and how they operate. He fixed all the needed parts.

Jack's quote was more than $500 cheaper than the other ones we got, he was very friendly, and the work was done quickly. He even called twice to follow up to make sure everything was working. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Mr. Keller and his team provided excellent service start to finish. Punctual, knowledgeable, cleaned up nicely when finished. Brought in two additional HVAC workers to finish the job in just two days! Work came in under the quoted price.

Kelpak did a marvelous job; they removed the old boiler, installed the new and cleaned up after themselves, all in a very timely manner. The bill was as quoted. We had a few glitches since installation and each was immediately and expertly resolved, at no cost.

They returned my calls and showed up on time. They were very professional. It took them a while to diagnose the problem, so they brought someone else in to help them out and they worked it out very quickly. Their price was reasonable.

Jack returned my call to his answering service on a Sunday afternoon, within 20 minutes. He was at my home the next morning to inspect each radiator and cleaned and inspected the boiler. New to steam heat, Jack educated me on the system. I believed that there was a larger problem, and though the last thing he wanted to tell me just prior to the holidays - I had a cracked boiler. A timely estimate was provided, the boiler ordered and installed just after Thanksgiving. Jack brought in 2 others to assist with the install which was completed in a day. He walked me through the new boiler and its components, cleaned up the basement and was on his way. Just prior to Christmas I had noticed a small leak and called. Jack came out the next day and repaired that along with adjusting/replacing valves and pipes to my radiators - no charge. He is pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, trusting (have left keys for him to enter my home on his own) and true to his word - I received excellent work!
