piano tuning
 + -1 moreI called the piano tuner to ask how much they charged. I received a phone call the next day from a member of the company saying the tuning cost $85. I called on Friday to set up a time for them to come in and did not receive a reply. I called again on Sunday afternoon. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't heard back from them. UPDATE: I finally received an answer. The person who returned my call was sick. Once we did set up an appointment, the tuning went very well. I am quite satisfied with the work they performed.

piano tuning
 + -1 moreI've used her several times and it's always been a great experience from start to finish. This last time one of the strings in my Steinway snapped. She completely took care of it. She knew Steinway will replace strings free of charge (I sure didn't!), she dealt with Steinway (I did nothing) and when the string arrived she came back and put it in my piano - all at no extra charge! A true professional at what she does.
