I've used her several times and it's always been a great experience from start to finish. This last time one of the strings in my Steinway snapped. She completely took care of it. She knew Steinway will replace strings free of charge (I sure didn't!), she dealt with Steinway (I did nothing) and when the string arrived she came back and put it in my piano - all at no extra charge! A true professional at what she does.
