Mike and his team were awesome to work with. They thought of all the little details and made us feel like we were their most important customers. Mike was very responsive when I called for a quote and his price was right on the money. I have recommended them to everyone I know and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Quote was reasonable. Team showed up on time and over 2 days, took off 2 layers of shingles and bad plywood and laid new roof. New gutters and down spouts installed as well. Staff was courteous and diligent about cleanup. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his team were very professional and the work performed was outstanding. the crew was neat and cleaned up at the completion of the job. Mike was in constant contact with me before, during and afterwards. I would absolutely hire Mike again for some upcoming projects.

1. 1. Prep phase.
2. Mike was quick with answering and scheduling an appointment. Provided an estimate within 48 hrs and answered all questions promptly. Very easy and friendly interaction, no BS, no hassle, no pressure. Once I have notified him of being selected, he quickly confirmed the promised schedule and did not fuss about small downpayment.
3. Execution
4. All materials for roof were delivered day before, or brought by Mike with the crew. Guys were work smart and very quick in action, set up perimeter protective tarps, and virtually in one day finished the demolition part keeping site clean and not being a nuisance to us. In the next days the roof was all done and in one more day they have finished all flashing works. Every day they have cleaned up after the work and set up proper protection for the roof an exposed parts. Mike was visiting site every day and was easy to reach if I had a question or wanted to do things certain way - I am an Architect, so they were always some details I wanted to be done the way I felt comfortable with - again Mike was pretty accommodating, my requests had sense too.
5. They run out of angles for some downspouts - my fault indirectly, since I have decided to have two more  lines instead of one - but within next two days Mike came back and finished the connection. The yard was swept in the meantime and the dumpster gone.

Summary.

A year passed since the work has been done and we had rather tough winter - plenty of snow and rains. Everything holds well, no single leak or loose part and I am still pretty happy with the job and price.
