Horrendous! The electrician (Joel Fox) removed our transformer for our under counter lighting and was supposed to return to repair/replace it. He was also supposed to clean up the wiring from the HVAC project. I called him repeatedly and left messages which were never returned. When I did finally catch him by phone, Joel would schedule a time to come out and complete the work. Twice he scheduled times and twice he failed to show up or call to reschedule. He never completed the work, never returned the transformer, and never returned our calls. This is the most unresponsive, unprofessional electrician that I've ever worked with. The only saving grace is that we hadn't paid him anything yet.
Description of Work: The electrician was hired as part of a rezoning project for my heat & A/C. He completed the wiring and installed a thermostat associated with that. However, he was supposed to return to clean up the wiring and complete some additional projects in our house. After many attempts, we gave up and hired someone else.
