We bought our hot tub in 2000 from New England spas. After warranty ran out, we discovered Hydrotech. They have been out a couple times to service tub. Their costs are far less than NEspas and the quality of work is comparable. Our heater was tripping the circuit and they came to fix it quickly. They don't try to oversell you and they are courteous and professional.

Keith was fantastic. I was skeptical at first when he said it was the skimmer but Keith patiently assured me that was the problem. He made the repair and came back later in the day after it had cured to check it and put back the light. He also checked the line for leaks. He was very professional and helpful.

I called MANY different pool service companies in anticipation of opening our new home's pool for the season.  Scott was, bar none, the friendliest, most professional, and sounded the most intelligent, so despite the higher cost, we decided to go with HydroTech.

They opened the pool and found some broken parts.  While we initially had some difficulties with scheduling and it was over a month before the pool was functional, they eventually sorted themselves out, rushed to get us up and running, and provided such reliable and conscientious service that we decided to schedule weekly cleanings with them.  We hope that by the end of the summer, our initial struggle will be all but forgotten!

I found the young man who cam very personable, he was prompt and courteous. He explained things to me that I didn't know, as my husband was the one who tended to the pool. I would definitely use this provider again.

We weren't home while the techs were on site, so don't know in detail what was done. They came out to look at the hot tub and then called me afterward to tell me what was wrong and what the cost would be. The costs seemed fairly reasonable and easily explained (this much for the part, this much for labor). The only issue was that after they replaced the part the hot tub still wasn't working. We had them come back out and they were able to fix it in a single visit, but can't quite remember what was done. They gave me information, but its been a while so I forget exact details. They were easy to work with and prices seemed fair although I have no basis of comparison. The cost of service used above includes all three visits. My only complaint is that it would have been nicer if they had realized it still wasn't working after the 2nd visit so that they didn't have to come out again, but overall I would recommend and use them again. I'm sure its possible that a check was done and no issues were found - it only stopped working again afterward.

This is an incredibly professional group. The analysis was specific and detailed, the price was high (but in line with other estimates), the people were extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain details throughout the process, the whole job - including hauling away buckets of old concrete and replacing pavers in the deck surround and balancing the water - took only three weeks. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are very overwhelmed because I guess they are getting bigger and missed my opening pool appointment. They were not staying on top of it. But eventually they did come around and they're very nice. We haven't started the project yet but they are making my pool and they are very professional, very friendly and very nice.

I used Hydrotech for the first time last fall to close my pool. Having owned a pool for only a few years, I've found it a challenge to find a reliable, responsive, and high quality pool service company. But I saw the positive reviews here and gave Hydrotech a try. They were great and priced comparably to other services. They'll be coming back for my pool opening in a few weeks. Plus, it's good to know that when I need service, repairs and improvements, there's a pool service I can call and rely on. I would highly recommend them.

Our hot tub was leaking and was not heating properly.  After the first visit on July 17th, we were told the main pump and and heater were bad and needed to be replaced, so we did (it made sense based on location of the leak and heating issue).  The pump was then working and the hot tub was heating, but within a day or so we started getting high pressure streams of water shooting from one of the valves in the rear of the tub (totally new problem).  They came back and we were told this was the pressure switch and pc board, so we replaced those.  Then it seemed to be OK for a couple of days until we started noticing another slow leak, from a new location.
I liked the service tech Ricky.  He always showed up on time.  I'm not 100% convinced that all of the work done was completely necessary or that some of the work done/troubleshooting didn't cause later problems.  I'm not sure how much they can actually do/troubleshoot without replacing parts the way they did.  All I know is we've spent almost $2000 on parts and labor and we still can't use it, and can't afford to call them again right now so we've drained it for the winter.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt because I'm not an expert on hot tub repair and because this was a used hot tub.  It just seemed strange that we had a working hot tub that broke, fixed the apparent problems and then had totally new problems in rapid succession.  The technician gave us a break on labor on the last call, which was nice.

Service went well. I contacted them by email and received a prompt reply. They provided me with their fee schedule and possible dates and times to stop by. I thought the initial fee of $125 for the first 30 minutes was a little steep. I was a little late getting back to them and ultimately called them to schedule service. The technician called when he was on his way. He quickly identified the solution and fixed the part. The cost was consistent with their earlier fee schedule.

Both Steve and Frank at Hydro-Tech were great.   Steve came over to our house to look at our backyard and helped us decide where we should locate the Hot Tub.  Steve did this even before we had decided to buy the Hot Tub from them.

The pricing was very aggressive and the Hot Tub got delivered exactly when they said they would.  They even called our electrician to let him know they were leaving to make the delivery so the electrician could meet them at our house.  They set everything up and took time to explain everything and answered all of our questions.

We would highly recommend buying a Hot Tub from Hydro-Tech.

The Hydro-Tech team is very professional, knowledgable, dedicated as well as friendly.  I like their philosophy of treating everyone's pools as if they were their own. I have hired Hydro-Tech to service the pool for the remainder of the 2011 season. They have given me the ability to relax and enjoy my pool and not have to worry about is it going to work.  I know for sure that they are the only pool company that will ever service my pool.

They have always been prompt with service for me. I have used them for many years. They serviced my spa for many years. I think they are reasonable in price. I believe he did the last job in a fair and reasonable amount of time. I'd say they are worth hiring. Their pricing is about average. They do the job they say they are going to do and I have no problems with them. I will use them again in the future.

Everything was perfect and I love that all I have to do is swim and I don't have to worry about chemicals or any other maintenance on my pool since Hydro-Tech takes care of everything and does a fantastic job.  Frank, the owner, is quick to respond to any and all concerns and/or issues you might have.
