Fairways const. Is a small co. With 5 employees and myself mattie. Our main goal is customer satisfaction and we have been very sucessful in doing so. EDITED NOV 3, 2011:
Fairways Construction owners and contractors failed to deliver services as agreed, required Boston Inspectional Services to call them back to address safety issues twice; and the 2nd story deck railing they installed is still falling apart.
Contractor did not take the work permit out in his name; but another individual (Michael Wosny). Further investigation revealed that Matt Corcoran does not have a Contractor's Supervisor Licence. Matt Corcoran only has a Home Improvement Certificate which he tries to pass off as an official contractor's license. Matt Corcoran failed to show up on the job site when they said they would, and acted unprofessionally throughout the process.
Matt/"Mattie"Corcoran will make promises and fail to deliver; ridiculous excuses abound:
"I didn't show up today because I got a bad headache from riding the Teacup ride at Storyland!"
"We didn't complete the job like we said we would last weekend because one of the guys had to leave to go to a bachelor party"

"I am matt corcoran the owner of fairways construction.mike wosney is a builder I team up with a lot but he wasn't available for this one.I did 3 jobs for the member so why would he keep hiring my company what's why this review doesn't make to much sence to me. But he asked me to fill nail holes and wash the porches off and I said his painter would handle that but he wanted me to do it because is painter would charge him more and at this point I gave him about 5 to 6 hundred dollars in labor . So that's when the fibs and other nonsense startexd on his end.basically ii did the work I was contracted to do the job took 15 days we got sign off on permit the member paid me in full I never had a complaint in 21 years so I feel bad how angry george has gotten over nail holes. Also I have never had a mark against me with inspectional services and I have an a raiting with the b.b.b. and both those dept. Are public knowledge anyone can look that info up. I'm. Not going to say anything neg. About the member he just doesn't know enough to know he doesn't know here is a hint (storyland doesn't have tea cups its a childrens theme park) but I thought it was pretty funny anyone is welcome to call me 617.519.0918 mattie............."
