Terrible experience overall. We had a ventless unit put in and have had issues from day one. Pilot light goes off constantly. Multiple calls and shoddy service. Final straw was when they came to look at the unit and the man was so rude and condescending I had to get my husband involved- not because I was intimidated- but because I could not tolerate his sexist and dismissive manner. I called immediately to complain and all I have received is the number to the units manufacturer. We spent thousands of dollars on this for nothing. In fact- the rude man said the unit was pointless and he doesn’t recommend them. Would’ve been helpful to gave this information prior to investing. DO NOT USE

The responding representative was able to start the pilot for manual use but didn’t realize until I pointed it out that the auto starter still wasn’t working. He said he’d look into it and get back to me. After not getting a follow-up call i proceeded to call THREE or MORE times and was told we’ll get back to you. Guess what they never did. I would have rather they said ‘I’m sorry we can’t help you’ rather than have me chase them down to no avail. Basically, they took my money and never got back to me. Others beware!

I called this morning and was able to get an appointment in the early afternoon. They gave me a window of 1-4 pm, and called me to update the time. Arrived by 1:30. The woman I made the appointment with was friendly and explained everything to me, including possible costs. The guys also explained everything to me as they were working and were very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them!

They arrived on time, spent at least an hour on the phone with me. Stuck my husband in the chimney so he could see the flue's structural damage. Took photographs of the damage. Did a thorough inspection. Inspected from basement level all the way to the roof. Also spent a lot of time explaining what would need to happen and the options available to us. They will be providing a written repair estimate and evaluation so I can pursue the matter with our home inspector. This contractor was referred to me by my oil company.

WE WERE TOLD BY EUROSWEEP THAT OUR CHIMNEY NEEDED TO BE REBUILT, OUR HOME INSPECTOR AND ANOTHER CHIMNEY COMPANY DISAGREED. HAD WE GONE WITH EUROSWEEP IT WOULD HAVE COST US TWICE AS MUCH. I DON'T THINK THEY WERE DISHONEST, BUT WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING A SECOND OPINION BEFORE HAVING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WORK DONE BY THEM.
