Dave's Specialized Flooring has been in business for over 25 years. I'm on every job and have had the same guys working for 20 years. We take alot of pride in our work and it shows in the quality of each job.

Services we offer

We install, and given 3 coats of finish, rugs and take it away., sand and refinish all hardwwod floors. Also install all kinds of hardwood flooring. No job is to big or small. Every floor is sanded with 3 different grits of pappers, sanding in between coats. We move the furniture in and out and rip up old flooring

Dave was great! Explained everything he was doing, took care of my concerns and everything. He and his guy worked very quickly and efficiently, and took away all my old carpet as well. They're both genuinely great guys and know their floors! Highly recommended.

Dave's Specialized Flooring is the only way to go. Dave comes exactly when promised, or calls if he is running late. Dave and his worker moved all of my furniture (much of it was quite heavy) and put it back afterward. He takes pride in the job he does and wants his customer to be completely satisfied. He is knowledgeable and will recommend what works best. I had extenuating circumstances in my house and Dave was caring, cooperative and dependable. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered the many questions I had along the way. We were so pleased with the work in the house that we had him restore our deck as well. (Picture below). It is a magnificent job and we are delighted. He is coming back in September to do the kitchen floor. I would definitely recommend Dave's Specialized Flooring.
