Description of Work: David St. Germain performed extremely high-quality work at a reasonable price. We contracted with him to finish tile and carpentry work in our basement, replace a section of wood shingle siding on our house, and install french doors and skylights. After receiving two other quotes for our basement, we decided to hire David based on his price quote, and more importantly, the conversations that we had with him, which showed to us that his experience and knowledge were worth every penny we would spend. While doing the siding work, he replaced (appropriately) the spot light fixture at no charge, which we hadn't discussed; it is this kind of attentiveness that we appreciate in a contractor and which many don't have. We also felt completely secure hiring him to do some work while we on vacation. David will definitely be our go-to contractor in the future.
