When Mike Ranalli, owner and founder of Concrete Solutions, started doing restoration work 15 years ago, he quickly discovered his real passion- waterproofing. Pinpointing the exact source of water damage and coming up with unique ways to stop it turned out to be something he really enjoyed – and was good at.

"It's unfortunate when a foundation is made of bricks and numerous water leaks will come from be everywhere.....In this case there were 3 at different locations and we worked on all three..we redirected some down spots in th is not around ..In most cases I try to stop the water at the source...If water still comes in then plan b is is to maybe put a sump pump if it needed..In this case I did what I said I would ..I was never called back for further remedy...."
