City Fuel Corp

We used City Fuel Corp. for nearly two years as oil providers and for all service calls. We also used City Fuel Corp. for a gas conversion/boiler installation. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with the company overall. Some of the workers were professional and worked hard. We found that was not the case for management. The company did respond quickly to oil requests, emergency service requests or business opportunities, but typically would not return phone messages they didn't want to for long periods of time. They simply didn't respond to our messages for more than two months beyond the estimated time they gave us for our boiler installation. We felt extremely disrespected we had been a customer for nearly two years. Mass Save requested another invoice from the contractor that included all the necessary info. in order to process the $1600 boiler rebate, City Oil again simply would not call us after we left numerous messages. They would not cooperate in printing out another invoice so we could get the boiler rebate we were entitled to receive. This is the boiler they sold to us. Unbelievable. I had ask Mass Save what else I could do for documentation.
