Piano Tuning
I called Andy on December 19th, hoping to schedule him ASAP to tune the piano. He made time for us on his schedule the following Monday(12/22). Andy was 30 minutes late due to weather conditions but called ahead to let us know, so it wasn't a problem. He was very professional and spent a good 2-plus hours getting the tuning just right. He explained what he'd done, why it cost more than he usually would charge for simple tuning, and suggested a schedule of regular maintenance for the piano.

Piano Tuning
Andy arrived exactly on time and was very courteous. He's extremely knowledgeable about pianos and patiently explained why our very old piano was in such bad shape. He spent over an hour carefully tuning the piano. We'll need to purchase a new piano in the next year and Andy will be a great contact for that too.

I think he did a great job. He has a great ear which is important for tuning. He's very nice, prompt, and reliable. His price is reasonable.
