We did like this real estate agency. They were good at searching for stuff and they were helpful. My niece had recommended them and so we felt like we got a good referral. They found us the home we're in now so they certainly did their job and we felt like we found ourselves a reliable, dependable, and legitimate company to work with.

I met Margaret at the first open house I attended when I began to look for a condo. Margaret was the seller's agent for the condo which I really liked but had some reservations about the size, layout, and parking. So I wanted to look at more condos and I contacted Margaret to arrange visits. Margaret was always prompt to respond to my questions and showed me a variety of condo styles so that I could narrow down my choices. Whenver I saw a listing I liked I would ask Margaret for specifics (I have cats and it was important that I find a cat-friendly condo). I ultimately choose a condo that worked best for me and Margaret was very helpful explaining each step of the process. I had a great experience with Margaret. As the buyer, I did not pay Margaret directly, it was the seller who would pay her commission.
