Fantastic service all around. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and his team is great.

I needed multiple repairs on my home after a neighbors tree fell on my house. While checking the damage, the Insurance Inspector noticed mold in my attic unrelated to the tree damage. I had to deal with that as it was not related to the tree damage and it was not covered. I first had another company out for an estimate. They gave me an estimate of $3,500 to remove the mold. They then insisted I needed soffits in my roof and gave me an estimate of $3,500 I found ADS&R on Angieâ s List and decided to call them. Mike came out for the estimate, told me I did not need soffits. Mike even spoke to my Insurance Co to assure them I did not need soffits due to the exhaust fan in my attic. My Insurance Co agreed, sent me documentation as to exclude any future problems. ADS&R only charged me $2,000 to remove the mold. Mike & his team were very professional, timely & excellent. Thanks to Mikes expertise â ¦.. I SAVED $5,000 WOO HOO!

Excellent work, Mike and his team were very professional, clean and willing to work around my schedule.

They do both mold removal AND restoration. (Not everyone does both!) They arrived when they said they would. Their pricing was 30% less than the next bidder. They explained what they were doing along the way. I even tried to fix Mateo up with my daughter.

I had a high degree of confidence that Mike and his team would do a thorough job, and they did.

From the start of my project to the end, The Air Duct team was extremely professional, knowledeable, thorough and prompt. The Project Manager and Technicians were very engaging and personable. They kept me informed throughout the mold remediation process and answered any questions I had. They took extreme care to seal off the work area and went out of their way to make sure me and my family were not affected by any fumes and that we could move about the house freely while they tackled the project. Unsure if mold remediation was done properly. Respirator was not worn by worker nor did he wear protective clothing. Wallboard was hung butted instead of using tapered joint. Made for finishing more difficult and lengthy. Floor was not secured properly and had a bounce. Toilet flange was not seated. Since it was screwed in place I removed and corrected problems.

BMCA did good and conscientious work. Extremely thorough, high quality, and customer focused. My one complaint is that they asked for payment at time of work but were then very slow to send me a receipt and certificate of completion.

They were super responsive and did a beautiful job. You'd never know there was any work done, except that the room looks better than ever!

They came in with the best quote for the work. They were prompt with the free estimate and follow up. They were easy to schedule once we decided to use them for the service. They did a good job at performing the mold removal service and took extra care to not damage anything while they were working in the house.

They offered the low bid and though some parts of the experience were positive, I wouldn't hire them again. They had to come back to repair caulking they had replaced, and I am still going to have to recaulk on my own. I am not convinced they got all the mold out of the room they worked on. On the positive side, they worked hard to schedule a day that worked for us and they responded quickly to our complaint. The work they did looks very good.

Mark was in constant contact with us scheduling the day. We needed a quick turnaround to sell our house, and they were great about. The guys worked on a ridiculously hot day ... in the attic. Very impressed with their efficiency. Great cleanup.

We had several companies give us estimates on a mold problem in our attic. Air Duct services gave us a fair estimate and answered all my questions both in person and by email. Setting up an appointment was easy. They confirmed the time days before the appointment.. The gentlemen that arrived were polite and friendly. They kept us updated on the progress. I have several birds and there was no odor from the products used. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
