It is very hard to get hold of "the right person" to talk to. Whenever I call, the person is either "not in yet", "away from desk" or "on the road". You can leave voicemails but there is no guarantee they'll get back to you... So bad customer service. They charge you more than double the price of competitors (or even their current rates) for annual inspection of the fire system. Yet do not always fulfill their contractual obligations and actually perform the inspections. They haven't done any inspection in 2017 while contractually they are supposed to do semi-annual inspection. Yet they charge you for these non-rendered services. They also lie to you on the phone when you ask them to cancel the contract. They told me that the monitoring agreement and the inspection agreements require 30 notices while the monitoring agreement has no such close. Not to mention the fact if your contract is old (as was ours) chances are there are no records of it on their digital database. The person on the phone didn't even know we had a fire alarm monitoring agreement with them!
