This is the 2nd time I've used Phil for plumbing work. This time at my other home. Excellent service and repair. No stories or up sell. Genuinely a great experience with top notch work.

He is an excellent plumber and we are happy we found him.

Absolutely the most professional experience I've had with any person coming to the home. Made a phone call one evening and had him over the next day with an estimate and the very next day completed the task. Top shelf and I'll always use him. Keep up the good work

How'd it go? Just fine. He's a very nice man, friendly, responsive, honest. I am a 60+ female and he did not have that overbearing/macho attitude that most contractors have with women in general, never mind older women. He knows what he's doing and in my case did it quickly and efficiently. I bought the new toilet ahead of time at Home Depot which he picked up and he answered all my questions about which one I should buy before I did so (I am not interested in a bathroom makeover and do not need one, so I didn't care about getting a toilet that was a work of art).

I've used him a couple times and he is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and very reasonable. He's honest and stands behind his work.   We didn't have a problem with anything but he said he would come back and fix anything that would need fixing.  I would highly recommend him.

I CALLED MY CONDO ASSOCIATION TO SEE WHO THEY COULD RECOMMEND, THEY HAD NO ONE. I CALLED PHILLIP COPPOLA. IT WAS THE VERY, VERY COLD SPELL. HE CAME EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE RECOMMENDED THAT AFTER HE FIXED THE PIPE THAT WAS LEAKING THAT I PUT INSULATION INTO THE WALL. HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB, BUT STILL ONLY CHARGED THE ORIGINAL PRICE, WHICH I THINK IS VERY REASONABLE.

PROS: * HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL * HE HAD TO WIDEN THE FAUCET HOLE IN THE NEWLY INSTALLED CORIAN AND WAS CAREFUL, ACCOMMODATING, AND PATIENT IN DOING SO. * WAS ACCESSIBLE AND FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULING. CONS: WE HAD TO TIGHTEN UP THE CONNECTIONS TO THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL AFTER WE FOUND A LEAK THE NEXT DAY. IN RETROSPECT HE OUGHT TO HAVE CHECKED THIS HIMSELF. HE MIXED THE HOT/COLD CONNECTIONS AND LUCKILY WE POINTED THIS OUT BEFORE HE LEFT. (IT IS POSSIBLE HE WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS ON HIS OWN LATER). THE WASHERS HE REPLACED MADE MATTERS MUCH WORSE AND WE HAD TO REPLACE THEM AGAIN OURSELVES.

WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE FOR FUTURE WORK.

HE CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED IN THE MORNING, AND IS AN EXTREMELY NICE GUY.

VERY HELPFUL IN DECIDING HOW TO REDO BATH. VERY HONEST AND REASONABLE.
