On time and did a nice job. Removed the toilet and inspected wax ring/seal. Found it to be the problem, scraped off old seal, installed a one and reset toilet.

Office personnel are exceptional; called back within 10 minutes to schedule same day service; Paul Johnson returned within 24 hours to install new pump. Employees respected our home by placing floor saving mats, protective shoe coverings and had great attitudes, answering all our questions. Gave a quote before performing on the spot service in an emergency situation and was true to his word. Work was performed professionally.
