THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL & GREAT TO WORK WITH. AFTER TELLING THEM WHAT I HAD RECENTLY BEEN QUOTED, THEY SUGGESTED GETTING A FEW MORE ESTIMATES & GAVE ME PAT LAUDANI OF REPAIRS N ALL'S BUSINESS CARD. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY & GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. IT WAS 1/2 THE PRICE FROM A PREVIOUS ESTIMATE GIVEN US BY A CONTRACTOR THAT HAD RECENTLY DONE WORK IN ANOTHER UNIT. (WE FOUND THAT CONTRACTOR SURLY & HE NEVER RETURNED THE TILE WE GAVE HIM TO HELP US MATCH THE FOYER. HIS COMMENT WAS WE DIDN'T NEED IT CUZ IT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO DO ANY REPAIRS WITH- DUH!) THE WORK IS COMPLETED NOW; BY PAT. HE WAS FAST, PROFESSIONAL, & DID A QUALITY JOB. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM MATCHING THE COLOR OF THE GROUT & HE CAME OUT 2 DAYS LATER TO RESOLVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE & WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
