Rollins replaced my well water pump over 10 years ago.  Recently I had a problem with my incoming well water tank (unrelated to the well pump which is still working great).  Since Rollins did a good job with the well pump (and are local) I called them to look at my water tank problem.

Someone immediately answered the phone, a technician returned the call within 2 hours, they arranged to come to my house within 24 hours.  The technician arrived right on time and successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.  Wish all contractors were like this.   I highly recommend Rollins for well pump services.

(I don't have the bill yet so don't know cost.  But was a minor repair.)

In 1980 the The Charles M. Rollins Co. installed the well and pump system in a home I purchased in Boxford in 1997. In approximately 1999 the well pump failed leaving us with no domestic water. Rollins Co. had a new well pump and domestic water tank installed within 24 hrs. Their responsiveness was very much appreciated as anyone who has gone without domestic water will understand. In March of 2010 our basement was flooded due to the heavy rains. In order to have a sump pump installed in my basement I needed to relocate the water tank Rollins installed. Owner George Rollins came by the house after work and not only provided me with a modest estimate but also shared his time and vast experience about home construction and basement water issues. The tank was relocated on the day promised and the technician also installed a new valve. It was apparently a relatively straightforward procedure but given the plumbing involved I would have expected to pay three times what Rollins charged. Rollins is a family owned company in business since 1929, providing such valued service to those of us in the Essex County community (and beyond) that rely on wells as our only source of water. Our homes are only as valuable as the quality of our water source. The Rollins Family are in fact members of the community to which I belong and I felt as if I was being helped out by a neighbor, though I am confident the professionalism and quality service provided to me is extended to all their customers. The Rollins Co. is a class act and I wouldn't think of calling anyone but them to service or install our well related equipment.

Each time I have called Rollins they have been very professional and extremely timely.

We were so fortunate to have found such a dependable and professional company in the yellow pages. They are a family business that has been around for a long time and with good reason. They give accurate price quotes, show up when they say they will, and complete the job without a hitch. George Rollins did our well. He did a super job.
