Still going great.  Very helpful in coordinating the project as well as masterful carpentry skills.

Doreen and Joe we excellent installing and laying new floor and wall tiles against very tight timelines for a visiting relative. Doreen visited twice to provide the quote and was very helpful in the planning stage of the project. Both of them contributed to the work and in very difficult temperatures they stuck with the project and delivered a high quality finished product with the plumbing and tiling both looking and working exactly as we hoped. The costing worked out exactly as provided in the quote.
First class and would highly recommend.

Doreen was on top of everything and had good design suggestions. Crew was on time and finished the job early. Included a bathroom remodel with underground sump, interior walls, doors and paint. Very happy. Will use again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

In a word, great. They're SLIGHTLY less punctual and responsive than I'd like, but they respond to emails and cell phone calls, they will email when they're going to be late, but in general I'm very please with their work, with their approach, and with their willingness to discuss a plan.

We originally got prices from Spynn Construction as well as other people. We originally hired another contractor. Before he got anywhere, we ended up firing him (long story) and were lucky that Doreen and Joe were available to jump in and take over quickly. Joe showed up every week day and worked hard. They do wonderful work as well as giving good design advice.The construction was done well, but I do need to add an addendum to this review. When the construction was being done, many trucks had to go in to the back yard. There was alot of damage done to the back yard. The dirt was moved to the back of the yard to be used to fix the ruts that were created. After the job was completed, we contacted Doreen and Joe many times to come back and fill in the ruts. After multiple contacts, Doreen finally came with a wheelbarrow and filled in a very small area. She claimed they don't do landscaping. This was not landscaping; this was grading and repairing the problems. So, beware if you have work done that requires Spynn to fix the yard afterwards. We are going to have to hire someone now to fix the yard problems Spynn created.
