Backflow preventer installation

My water heater broke on Friday evening and left us with no hot water. I went online Friday evening and requested emergency help from Papalia Home Services. I got a call the next morning around 7:30 from Papalia. They could send their guys that morning and replace my heater. They arrived around 9:00 AM. Everything worked out great and I would definitely use their services again.

Excellent! The company replied quickly to my request. The technician came on time and the job was done on time as well. Both Crystal and the technician, Seamus, were friendly, professional, and articulate. Seamus even didn't mind doing an extra work my mother asked him to do. Such a helpful guy. This is an excellent company to hire, especially if you are worried about the COVID-19 spread. This company respects our concerns of it..

The two plumbers arrived early and got right to work and did a through job. I would say they are on the higher side of price range but you definitely get what you pay for, professional, thorough, friendly service done right the first time.

Everything went great and was seamless particularly in light of managing someone coming into my home during Covid.

The technician Branden Young came in time to check the issue, and identified the problem: damper went bad. He went to get one (only one mile from my house), and replaced it. All work was done within one hour and 15 minutes. He is capable and very professional.

I contacted Papalia Home Services to wire up and configure a Trane CleanEffects air filtration system -- which is part of our HVAC system. They replied immediately and quickly scheduled a service appointment. The service team arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed the issues. They left in less than an hour -- and our Trane CleanEffects was running. Great job! (And the cost was very reasonable.)

Everything went as expected. The job was done in one day. Affordable price, on time, professional, very easy to work with, the new waste line is doing its job. Worked great for us.

The pricing was off the wall.The replacement took 15 minutes I've had this repair done before and it usually cost about $150.00 I asked how much the part was .I was told that they didn't charge for labor and parts separately that it was done by the job.I never was charged like this before and it will never happen again..

After having dealt with another three companies for the same issue, finally I was very lucky to have hired Papalia Home Services. They responded same day and where very thorough troubleshooting. It was not easy to find what the problem was but they did not give up and they did not start changing and charging for parts like the previous companies did, until they were sure what the problem was. They were professional, caring and very reasonable with their pricing. They saved me from spending much more money had I listened to the previous company.

We have worked with Papalia on a few things and have had an amazing experience with the entire team! Install an old radiator -- Excellent install with no surprises. They found a couple of issues that I would not have caught. avoiding a big mess in the future. Installed a new water heater -- Again, no surprises. Fast and effective. :) Emergency main line repair -- So here's the biggie. Right before the holidays, our main sewer line collapsed and we had people coming in to stay with us. The Papalia team was able to get the plumbing working within 2 days, including digging to the street and replacing with modern pipe. We are so grateful for the speed and efficiency of the fix. I'd like to give a special shout out to Kimber... he really help us understand what was going on and called in the troops!

They came the same day I called. After determining I needed a new heater, they obtained an energy-star rated propane water heater and discussed warrantee extension options with me. Heater was installed that day. Working flawlessly.

It was way too expensive for the amount of work done. Also, they didn't have the right length water supply lines on the truck so they had to leave and return 45 minutes later to do the work.

Perfectly! They were extremely professional and thorough. A little on the pricey side but very well worth it!

Great work but even though they looked at the job before the installation of the water heater they missed that we didn't have a chimney liner. This should have been noted before the worked started not when the new water heater was being installed..

We were happy with the services. First it did not go well we were not satisfied but they rectified the situation and work was done professionally and on time.

Nice people but they do not know what they are doing and they no problem taking your money and walking away.

They fixed up a poorly installed toilet the previous owner that needed a lot of work. They were timely, polite, and very upfront with costs.
