Job done very well and they squeezed us in on short notice. Quite a bit more expensive than anticipated.

We had a new water line installed to our house. The metal pipe was replaced with plastic, which could not provide grounding for our electrical service. I was told we needed to install grounding rods. I called Argento in the morning and described the problem to Peter McGowan. He was able to work it into his schedule that day and arrived in the afternoon. He installed two copper-coated grounding rods, each 8 feet long, about 10 feet from the house and 8 feet apart. He dug a trench and completely buried the wire. It took about and hour. When he was finished, you could not tell the ground had been dug up. Peter was very knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to talk to.

They did everything they said they were going to do just the way they said they would. Peter, Chris and Kyle were very neat, informative, efficient, and productive. They gave me an estimate before they started. Said it would be under $1000 and it was!

Bob was very responsive and professional when he came to look at the job.  He described all the issues with the lighting system and made clear what the costs were going to be and the parts required.  He explained how the sensors and controls worked and was very patient.  He even did additional work looking at garage door opener bulb issues and changing a flood lamp bulb by the roof top at no cost.  He was very quick, efficient and courteous.  I would highly recommend Argento Electric for future jobs.

You can tell a lot by a provider based on how they respond when things go wrong.  Initially, the ceiling fans turned slowly.  A quick email (didn't even have to call) and they immediately responded and came back.  Turns out the fans require a period of time to "warm up" when first installed (foolish me).  I was impressed with Argento and continue to use them.

It was A+. They came in and took their shoes off immediately. They spread out a blanket so that scraps wouldn’t fall on it. They took them out when they left. It was just a pleasant conversation. They had it done quickly and just the way it was supposed to be done. The price was exactly what they quoted. We liked everything about their service plus their manner. We were very pleased at that time.

Very well.  They determined that we needed a new transformer.  They ordered the part and came back the following week to install it.

It went very well.  They spotted some issues that we were not aware of that were potentially dangerous.  Work was done expertly and thoroughly.  VERY VERY pleased.

Fantastic to work with. Argento are very responsive to phone and email, great at follow up, and did a fantastic job working their way through a set of diagnoses and repairs ... escalating in their sophistication and complexity as they worked their way through the problem.

The job went very well. Mr. Argento and his crew were very punctual and professional in their work. They did a very nice and tidy job. They walked us through the process of hooking up the generator and all the steps required to safely switch over to generator power. They included a drop cloth at our entrance to keep as much dirt out as possible.

They were responsive, quick to work, quick to finish, with great quality.

No problems. TJ came over to review the job and we scheduled to have the work done a few days later. Two of his guys came over on time and completed the job in a very professional manner. They put down a drop cloth over the vanity and cleaned up after they completed the job. We were satisfied with the quality of the job and price.

He fixed it right away. He is extremely nice and professional. He did a great job of explaining everything that would be done. I will continue to use them even when we move.

When we called to schedule the work, we were told it would be a few months. This wasn't a problem as we were not in a hurry. Three workers arrived on time and on the day we had scheduled. They were all very courteous and professional. One of the owners who came, Tom Argento Sr. was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to have in our home. In fact all of the workers were. I can't say enough about their professional manner. Their work is equally as good. Hanging pendants can be very tricky but they hung three of them over our table, centering them perfectly. They checked with me throughout the morning to make sure I was happy with the placement of my new fixtures. When they left, my home was cleaner than when they came! They do a terrific job cleaning up. This company is great in every way and I would definitely use them again!

THIS WAS A BIG JOB THAT WENT ON FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS. TOM AND HIS CREW DID A GOOD JOB, ESPECIALLY RESPECTING OUR DESIRE TO DO AS LITTLE COSMETIC DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE AS POSSIBLE. SOME PARTS OF THE HOUSE WERE MORE CHALLENGING THAN OTHERS, AND THEY INVESTIGATED UNTIL THEY FOUND THE CLEANEST WAY TO GET THE JOB DONE. WE USUALLY HAD A CREW OF 2, SOMETIMES AS MANY AS 4 OR 5 WORKING AT ONCE. EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE COULD ONLY SCHEDULE THEM 2 OR SOMETIMES 3 DAYS A WEEK DUE TO THEIR OTHER JOBS, SO THE WHOLE THING STRETCHED OUT OVER MANY WEEKS. BECAUSE OF THE SCOPE AND SCALE OF THE JOB, NO ELECTRICIAN WE TALKED TO WOULD GIVE US A BINDING ESTIMATE, AND MOST WERE RELUCTANT TO EVEN BALL PARK IT, SO WHAT WE HAD IN ADVANCE WAS THEIR HOURLY CHARGE. THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD ABOUT KEEPING TRACK OF ALL THE HOURS AND NOT PADDING IT.
