Very responsive and professional service. But I was floored when I received the first bill to find that they'd billed for their initial sales call, and every communication thereafter leading up to us agreeing to do the project. Beware what you're getting into.

Kerry and Tim are just the best. They are very professional, punctual and nice. They got all necessary Beacon Hill permits, hired a crane (2x) to lift up the furniture, pergola, plants and trees, contacted the fire department, got the city paperwork etc... A lot of work. And the best of all - we get plants that can actually tolerate the roof deck weather!!! We got a mixture of very pretty flowers - perennials and annuals, fruit trees, "entertainment veggies" - considering that our tomatoes might cost $10/each after the math... Kerry has a good taste, she brings the best of the local nurseries. They are just great people, pleasant team. Kerry tests the soil, adjusts the pH, adds nutrients (all organic, which I love). We hire them every year - they started doing our Christmas decorations, flower boxes, etc... The garden is also requires zero work, as the plants are on automatic irrigation. They are little more expensive than the competitors, but totally worth. Wisteriaand Rose is a family business that is just reliable and solid. I had enough of bad experiences with other cheaper companies - my spring flower boxes looked like a Halloween decoration…never more. If I hire Kerry, I know the quality is going to be excellent! No headaches, no bad surprises.
