Winchesters Masonry and Construction

Contract No.: 1178C - Dated 2/05/2025 Michael Morgan (Mike) and Bernard Christopher Ward (Chris) came to my home and quoted a price of $5,000.00 to remove popcorn ceilings from three rooms (kitchen, living room and dining room) and replace with a "smooth finish, white" ceiling. Work began on Mon., 2/10/25 with a work schedule of three to five days. Around midday on Mon., Chris requested the agreed-upon deposit of $2,500.00, the balance was due upon completion of the work. I was told they do not accept credit cards (despite what the Website says). Also, I was to make the check payable to "Bernard Christopher Ward" and NOT to "Winchester's Masonry and Construction". I did as instructed. Chris left and returned shortly thereafter, gave the check back to me and requested another check be made payable to "Michael Morgan" for $2,500.00. Again, I did as instructed. Took down my overall garden retaining wall that was unsafe and leaning over laid new foundations and rebuild the wall to a stable structure. Overall, very happy with my experience with this company.

This team came out on short notice to inspect my crawl space gave me an honest assumption fair price and completed quickly with minimum of us can't thank these guys enough

We hired Winchester's masonry and construction after being recommended by a friend they don't a great job on repairing our wall and steps clean and tidy very approachable kept those well informed throughout would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future
