Interior Design and Decorating
Williams and Spade was contracted to design and renovate a kitchen and two bathrooms. If a firm time commitment of 6n weeks to completion had not been made by the Principal, Jeanne Racioppi, the entire process might have been less rushed but more customer driven
She was paid handsomely to manage and complete the project. Seven months later the project is still not completed. her fees were as high as her services poor.
Ms. Racioppi's design sense is good, particularly as per the pictures in her portfolio. However, her ability to manage a complex project to full completion is weak. She has consistently been unable to keep to schedule, often due to personal time constraints such as vacation plans not discussed in advance or numbers of family visits our of town or a personal crisis related to her landlord-all of which affected the job.
We would not recommend her promises or her work.
