My wife and I are both very happy with the work John MchSheehy of Weichert did for us. He really went the extra mile in showing us several homes, providing helpful information on school districts with an emphasis on my son's interest in music programs, attending open houses on my behalf while I was still working and living out-of-state, coordinating many appointments to view homes at odd times of the day, evening, or weekends due to the constraints of my recent relocation and new job, and helping out with miscellaneous tasks such as home inspection appointments and recommending a mortgage broker and a settlement lawyer. He gave us good strategic advice for successful price negotiations and made yourself available for continual and timely assistance well beyond what most realtors would do. As a result, we found a home that we are very happy with, at a very reasonable price given the current real estate market, and located in a good school district. I was amazed it took less than 2 months from the date I signed an agreement to sell my home and started a new job, to the date we moved into the new home. We couldn't be more pleased.

I hired John to sell my house in Lowell. Right from the start John was very professional and was spot on with his predictions of the market we were working in. John said that he would hold an open house every Sunday and he stuck by his word. He was always punctual updates that came up with the process.
To sum it up, John sold my house for a great price and was exactly what you would want with a real estate agent. I would definitely use his services again.
