I scheduled a delivery on a bed between 8-12 on November 8, 2018. I received several confirmations and reminders from Wayfair that the item was coming. My husband took a half day of work and it did not arrive - and nobody called. The tracking number indicated the delivery was now taking place at 4 pm, but no one contacted us. After both of us called several times and were put on hold for long periods of time, it transpired that our item wasn't even on the truck to begin with and that the whole delivery and assembly would have to be rescheduled. We were told by the service rep that "the notifications are sent automatically." In other words, they are not to be believed, and scheduling a delivery has zero meaning to these people. I have no idea when or if I am getting the bed, and we will have to take additional time off from work for both the delivery and the assembly - or we have to keep sleeping on an air mattress since we got rid of our old bed in anticipation of the new one arriving today. Oh, and the company did not apologize or offer any kind of delivery time at OUR convenience instead of theirs.
