VERIZON WIRELESS

I am starting to think to go into prepaid because there was always some secret hidden agenda with them. I think the quality of the service was great. My boyfriend had been with them for 12 years and he had an issue where they were overcharging him for a while, and he never agreed to a contract. He explained exclusively what he needed and then they overcharged him for a good 5 or 6 months. We called back and all they did was clear the $20 and then went on forward. They said they would bring it down to what it should have been. I am kind of disappointed with Verizon. The only reason I am still with them is because my contract is still ongoing. I am seriously considering going into prepaid to save money. Internet-wise, I am not on the phone that much for, like Facebook and all that nonsense. I kind of live without it this year. Instead of getting stuck at one price, they are charging me $160 because of the battery usage. The quality is good because I get signal on the subway when I am going to work. I just don't like their pricing. After 15 years, I think they should be a little more lenient or understanding like preferred customers. They charge on battery usage and it is outrageous. I understand why so many people are leaving this because they are getting irrational. If I am going to use it, it's going to be on prepaid service.
