I hate Verizon. They deliver the product but it just drives you crazy that they are the way they are sometimes. The price gouging is just horrendous. I don't see how data can possibly cost so much. The people I have had on the phone at times have really tried. It is more of a corporate issue with them than individuals doing the work. At times they have been very punctual. They actually swindled us to a point where I really thought about a class action lawsuit. If I had a viable choice I would, on principle, stop using them. It is just too complicated to switch. They swindled us when my wife took her phone in to change and they mislead her on her data plan. We had unlimited data and they told her they could save her money by changing the data plan. When I wanted to change it back they would not do it.
