I would tell a friend that Verizon is the lesser of seven evils. You don't have too many choices. I prefer them over another major communications company, but no one is perfect and none of the options are great. I wouldn't tell people to steer clear of them, but they are fine.

I use Verizon services because I like the bundle and I get good service. I usually contact them online. It is too difficult to try to get a hold of anybody on the phone. I have found these days that phoning for customer service doesn't work no matter who or what company you deal with, you get recordings and the people you speak to are not knowledgeable. I get better response in using online services from these companies. Yes, I currently have Verizon services, I use them. I find them very responsible. I like the bundle. I find that I get everything I need from Verizon where with some other providers that I had used quite a long time ago in the past, I wasn't happy with them. I switched to Verizon. They have limited services available. I have installed wireless in the house and every time I change the provider for cable TV and for internet, they come and they have to install something in the house. So Verizon is the last one that I had done and I am staying with it. They are not always available when you need them. You might have to wait for an appointment.

They're fine. I think the quality is very good. I haven't had a reason to call them. Everything just seems to work and no complaints. They were great actually, when we had it installed, there was about two feet of snow on the ground. They laid the cable down and came back once everything had melted and buried the cable and rehooked everything up. They made my electrical panel very nice and neat. I was actually quite impressed with that work that they did.

I didn't compare prices. The quality of the service is awful. He is pretty good with punctuality.

I like Verizon. Their price, quality, responsiveness, and professionalism are good.
