The system goes down for one reason or another. Their service is sluggish. There are a lot of menus you have to go through. They gently do fix the problem. I'm sure they are no worse than any other ISP. I think that I'm complaining about the internet service in general but since they are the provider, they get the frustration. Their pricing is poor. It's way too expensive.

We have cut them on their expenses due to other alternatives. I dislike the price but other then that the service is consistent.

The best reason to use Verizon is the consistency of not having dropped calls. We can use the phone throughout the country. We have family members all across the country on Verizon network and it’s free to call them because we have a family-to-family plan.
