I should have read the reviews on line and communicated with others in the business before using this florist. The negative reviews speak for themselves. My first day upon introducing myself to the owner- he was yelling in the shop at the phone company for their poor service. It was awkward and unprofessional but each week we received flowers on a timely basis so his attitude did not really affect us. Then we had an accounting problem and trying to get the problem solved was ridiculous. I won't bore you with the details all I can say is that this owner does not care if he has your business or not. He was very rude, highly strung and had no interest in trying to keep us happy as customers. There was never an apology or note of concern especially when we questioned the quality of his flowers on one delivery. One would have thought that being his customer for awhile would have given him a bit of compassion for this one separate occasion but it was not to be. So we have taken our business elsewhere where we are treated with respect. One note in his defense: He did have some flowers tied together for me so that I could pick them up at his shop as a replacement. We asked for the flowers to be delivered but It was out of the way for his employee to drop them off on her way home. She went the other direction in the city and it was not good for her to go out of her way. Enough said.
