Roofing
He pushed off the first date he was to arrive. Not a problem I told him, however, I kept reminding him to provide a copy of his insurance. The day he arrived to install he had the certificate but asked me to make a copy. He did the work and left. When the fist snow storm came and went, the cable work he did started to come apart. The heating cable was attached to the roof to help avoid ice dams but the hooks he installed in the shingles came out. Part of the cable dangled over the gutter.
I called him to make the repair and he said come over the next business day, which I said as long it was fixed within a week, it was fine. He never showed up. Three messages and an email over the next month never were returned.
