Well they were very nice in the office but cancelled on the scheduled day stating ice on the roads though it was 50 degrees that day and only brought a small truck to load the items which would have taken 2 trips and a lot more money. They weren't able to complete the job and I had to hire another mover for the furniture. They moved about 45 boxes to new location in 4 hours. They did move one bureau but after putting 4 holes in the wall, which I had to use my deposit to cover the repairs, I told them just to move the boxes as you really need experience in moving the big furniture I had down the curved stairwell. I also was surprised when they complained about how much had to be moved, its a full 3 bedroom apt with furniture and boxes in every room so they should have expected to move a lot of items. They were going to send extra people to help the two movers that were sent but after the hallway experience I thought it best just to move boxes. Very nice people but it just didn't work out the way I expected. In all I had to take 3 days off of work to completely move into my new house and spent a fortune doing it between both moving companies. Very disappointed.
