It went great! It was a little bit over in the time frame but the finish was excellent. He helped out with the design as well; so we got a designer and a contractor in one! He was also very flexible with me changing my mind.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. He let us instal over a 5 month period to fit our budget. Both he and his crew were friendly, prompt and professional. Tom is also a perfectionist. He makes sure that the job is done right, not just that it looks good. He took great care to make sure that the installations were weather proof. It paid off. A year later and still not a hint of a draft.

Went very well. Tom provided an estimate and stuck exactly to it. Tom and his crew worked 6 days a week until finish. Tom also gives good advice on design and materials and oversees his crew and their work carefully. Be sure to sit down and review all work item by item before beginning,
