Siding Service
Tom was quick with an estimate the first week of August and we agreed to a price. We went to order the doors at Harvey and Lowes. When they arrived Tom met me and went to pick them up. We put them in my shed. Initially Tom said he would have them installed by the middle of September. When I contacted him, he said he was running behind and it wouldn't be until October. Again nope. The next date set was by Thanksgiving, Guess what, nothing. He then said by Christmas and that he was still backed up. I probably placed 20 calls into Tom during this time. The last date I heard from him was sometime in January or February.
I finally gave up and contacted someone else. The new contractor installed the doors three days later and cost only $50 more. Tom is a very nice guy and will always call you back but he is not someone you want as a contractor.
