Description of Work: He promised me that I would have a written estimate, two weeks ago and he still has not called or given me that estimate.

+ -1 moreTOM WAS ON TIME, EASYGOING, AND PROFESSIONAL. IF I HAD ENDED UP BUYING A HOUSE THAT NEEDED WORK, I CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE CONTACTED HIM.
Description of Work: TOM CAME OUT TO TWO HOUSES I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING, AND GAVE ME A GOOD OVERVIEW OF WHAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE IN TERMS OF REMODELING, AND WHAT WOULD NOT. HE COMMENTED ON THE GENERAL STATE OF THE HOUSE, AND PROVIDED SOME GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR SOLUTIONS TO MY DESIGN PROBLEMS.
