The people who came were great! They were here on time, did a fantastic job, and, got more work in the neighborhood. Everyone was impressed. Almost time to book again.

Very dishonest and unprofessional!!!
They broke one of my screens and promised to replace it - never did. When I called they were rude or hung up on me.
The windows still have plenty of stainings on them.

ne person company so phone calls are usually left on his machine and them he returns them in 1-2 days. He came out for the estimate on the day and time he said he would and performed the work in a timely manner. He recommended not doing the work as soon as I wanted explaining that it would be best to wait for all the pollen to come out, otherwise it would be a waste of my money. I appreciate that consideration.

I have had them do services a couple of times. This last time was about a week ago. It was a very good experience. He was very professional and very nice. He does a really good job. He doesn't leave until you are satisfied and he is satisfied. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I received. He stuck to his price quote, which I thought was reasonable. Again, he was very nice and prompt. His punctuality was definitely excellent. The time he said he would be here, he was here. I was so pleased with his work that I told him come Spring, I would have him do some more work.
