Gerone replied quickly to my request for a quote and came the next day and provided a thorough quote in writing. He had a cancellation and was able to fit me in the next week. Gerone and his worker Sean showed up on time and completed the job on one of the hottest days this summer. He even offered to install the screen door that we had not initially put in the quote at a discounted additional cost. Gerone is professional, through and a really nice guy. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him and his company. I would definitely work with him again.

Had a horrible experience with Jerome. He is a friend of a friend and I thought he would do a good job. The first meeting to assess the job and give a quote went very well. He was meant to be here Monday at 9 AM but showed up at 9:35. Did not make it a big deal but probably should have been the first red flag. We looked at the windows together to see which needed complete replacing and which ones just needed a small repair. He found 2 windows that needed to be completely replaced and even called at the moment to see how much the windows would cost to get an idea of the quote. He was also meant to put on some doorknobs and fix a few doors to make sure they are closing properly and replace 5 screens in windows that were not there or were ripped up. He said he would come back the following Saturday at 9 AM to do the job. On Saturday he called me at 8:58 to say he was running behind and would show up at 11:00. I never got a call from him after that, he did not show up at 11:00 and did not respond to my call or any text messages. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. On Sunday I called again two separate times and he answered the second time to say he got caught up in another job and that is why he did not show up. ( Not my problem, you should have planned your jobs accordingly and been professional enough to give me a call when you know you are not going to show up) . He said he would come on Monday at 7 AM to do the job and finally showed up at about 8 AM. He brought a young kid with him who he seemed to be teaching, they played music and worked on the job. It took about 5 hours which included a lunch break for them. I checked it out and it all seemed to look good but he let me know he would come back another day to replace the screens since he could not do them right now because he forgot the materials. He could not give me a definite answer as to when he would come back but said he would look at his schedule and let me know. Only a couple of days later did I notice what a horrible job they did caulking around the window after replacing the trim. It looked like they either had no idea what they were doing or just did not even care to try. I also noticed the door in the bathroom was not planned properly and is scraping the tile floor when it is open and closed which over time will end up causing damage. Eventually, he let me know he could come back Sunday morning, almost a week later, to repair the screens and to fix the bad caulking job. He never showed up on Sunday, never called of course. Since then he was supposed to show up on two other occasions and simply did show up, had no explanation, and answers no calls. He simply does not respond or replies to me anymore. Ultimately this was SUPER unprofessional and I would not recommend using him to anyone. I am a rental property owner that was going to use him for other jobs had this experience gone well and would have recommended him to other homeowners that I know but he just completely ruined his reputation with me behaving this way! He lost plenty of business. I gave him every opportunity to come back and fix the job but he does not care so now I am writing the review to hopefully save someone else the trouble.

ON WEDNESDAY JULY 27, 2022 I hired SQS CONSTRUCTION TO REPLACING AND INSTALL MY STORM DOOR AND REGULAR DOOR WHEN SQS CONSTRUCTION REMOVED THE DOOR THE SURROUNDING WOOD OF THE DOOR, WAS ROTTED. SQS CONSTRUCTION WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE JOB. TO ME THE JOB LOOKED REALLY DETAILED.WHEN SQS CONSTRUCTION FINISHED THE PROJECT MY DOORS LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. IM DO HAPPY THAT I CALLED ANGIâ s LIST AND THEY GAVE ME SQS CONSTRUCTION PHONE NUMBER. I EOULD BE PROUD TO RECOMMEND SQS CONSTRUCTION TO EVERYONE.VERY PROFESSIONAL. SQS replaced my storm door and they were fantastic. Gerome at SQS was very quick to reply to my inquiry and he came the next date to look at the job. His quote was fair and transparent and they came to do the work two days later. They are clearly perfectionists and my new door is perfectly straight and well insulated. We have an old house and Gerome was very knowledgeable about how to make sure the new door was installed properly.

Highly recommended. SQS Construction replaced the cellar door in our house and did an outstanding job. We live in an old house and not only did the door need to be replaced, but a whole new door frame had to be installed. To complicate matter further significant sections of the wall which housed the frame ended up having to be rebuilt! Gerone and his team did outstanding work rebuilding everything and put in extra hours beyond what they had estimated in order to finish the work to the standards they believe in.
