The company owner is personally involved with the crew. In house, on the job, training as he personally also rotates and work with them. I have yet to see such working ethics, such strive to be the best. Very hands on. This type of work is very personal and it is not easy to please some customers. I have had workers coming in my home to clean for over 30 years, it always started well and then started sliding.
The owner personally rotate to each new job to see what is truly needed and educates the workers with the particular need of the new job site. The boss is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He is dedicated to hia clients.
