Unprofessional, unresponsive to 3 non working stoves. Had to get attorney general office involved to finally get appliance replaced.

Mixed reviews, I have called three different times about a broken part but have not heard anything back.

I paid for the refrigerator on January 12. I asked for delivery asap, understanding from them that they could hold onto it until our kitchen was complete. I called to them at the end of March, and was told that there was a "problem" with the manufacturer, and the refrigerator would not be in until the end of April. When my husband called, he was put through to Mr. Sozio, who promised that he would look into it. He never called back. Our kitchen is now complete....except no refrigerator. I left a message last night, never heard back. Called again today, spoke to "Adrienne", who was borderline rude, said "there was no call", and told me in faux patient tones that she would have to call me back tomorrow, and what was my number. My husband called, again got right through to Mr, Sozio, who now tells us that the original order was never put through, but he will try to get the refrigerator in by next week. So..in addition to being completely incompetent, dishonest, and greedy, this company also does not play nicely with women. If you are a woman without a man to play back up, or if you actually want your product in a timely manner, shop elsewhere.
