Erryn was terrific. Her communication (mostly via email) was efficient, effective, prompt, and funny. She cooked our lamb precisely the way we liked it, introduced us to cooking with saffron, and left our kitchen cleaner than when she arrived. She was engaging and friendly when we had questions and comments, but also discrete to allow us to enjoy our dinner together. Her meal showed a great deal of thought and its execution -- much of which she did in our kitchen -- was entertaining to watch. The menu choices (below) were inventive without being wacky. Her excitement at being given free reign to generate ideas was palpable -- and paid off. We trusted her instincts and judgment and were rewarded with a great meal. I cannot wait to have a bigger dinner party and have her back as the star!
